Highland Grow was built to meet the demands of the Nova Scotia consumer. Our parent company, Biome Grow has been dedicated to their commitment to build provincial brands that serve the unique tastes and preferences of the local Canadian cannabis consumer.

Highland’s first shipment of Cannabis was received by the Nova Scotia Liquor Commission on January 10, 2019.

Following Health Canada’s rigorous quality assurance processes that included inspection of several grown crops, Highland was granted the right to sell cannabis under the Cannabis Act on December 14, 2018.

Highland reached an important milestone towards being a licensed producer in December of 2017 when Health Canada granted Highland the right to grow.

Highland Grow started on the path towards growing quality cannabis more than 4 years ago under the Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations (ACMPR).

In December 2017, Highland Grow was granted its Grow License from Health Canada pursuant to the ACMPR in respect of its facility in Antigonish, Nova Scotia

The Highland Grow License authorizes Highland Grow to cultivate marijuana plants, dried marijuana and marijuana seeds during the period from December 1, 2017 to December 1, 2020.
